Located in beautiful Nelson County, Virginia, Saunders Brothers grows quality peaches, apples, Asian pears, cherries, flowering shrubs, annuals and perennials. You can find these products and much more at our retail Farm Market, located just five miles from our orchard in Piney River. Stop by and stock up on local produce, our own farm raised beef and pork, and a wide variety of jams, jellies and pickles. Try our mouth-watering peach ice cream, and visit our onsite farm antique museum! We offer something for everyone.

Shopping in-store:

  • All staff members and in-store customers have the option to wear a mask for the 2022 season.

  • Masks will not be required for the 2023 season. However, we will continue to follow the guidance put forth by our Governor, CDC and VDACS, and may update these requirements as information changes.

  • Kitchen is open and serving ice cream along with our signature iced drinks and organic coffee.

  • High touch surfaces and restrooms will be sanitized throughout the day.

  • All carts and baskets will be sanitized after each use.

Coming from South of Lynchburg: Take 29 North. Go approximately 30 miles to town of Colleen. Take a left on 56 West. Go 2.2 miles and the Farm Market will be on right.

Coming from Staunton: Take 64 East approximately 35 miles to Charlottesville. Take exit to 29 South. Go approximately 35 miles to the town of Colleen. Take a right on 56 West. Go 2.2 miles and the Farm Market will be on right.
