Apple Butter Making Day
We are making apple butter the old fashioned way at the Farm Market! Come watch (and learn) as we make apple butter over an open fire. We hope to have this fresh batch of apple butter available for purchase by late afternoon!
Our kitchen will be making sandwiches and serving ice cream and coffee. We will have live music from the Ridge Runners from 11am-2pm. We hope to see you!
Apple Tasting Day
Visit the Farm Market and taste some of our favorite apple varieties that we grow in our orchard! Marshall Saunders, 4th generation farmer, will be leading our apple tasting and answering all of your apple related questions!
NCHS Nurse Aide Vital Checks Day
Nurse Aide students will be at the Farm Market on Friday, October 4th completing FREE vital checks. They will be completing weight, pulse, blood pressure, vision and dental checks. Come support active learning in our community and the next generation of nurses!
Farm Animal Day at the Farm Market
**Due to wet and soggy conditions, Farm Animal Day has been CANCELLED.**
Visit the Farm Market and learn about farm animals from local FFA members Kyle, Waylon, and Hollace. They will be bringing steer, pigs, chickens, and turkeys!
We will have live music from 11am-2pm, tree-ripened fruit on our porch, and our kitchen will be serving sandwiches and ice cream. Come spend part of your day with us!
